Dream again and Write the Vision
It’s never too late to dream again! Don’t stop dreaming. We accomplish our dreams when we write the vision on the tablet of our hearts. When I was younger, I had no direction of where I was going. I went to school and completed an associate degree in Criminal Justice. Then went on to complete certificates in Cosmetology, and Phlebotomy. I never really ask God what direction I was supposed to go in, and what my career should be. I left him out of the details he so desires to be apart of.
Then I changed direction so many times. It was ineffective. I was never really happy in any field that I went into. So then after being dissatisfied I would move on yet to another field of work to just change directions again. It wasn’t long before I became confused, and unfulfilled. No job can fulfill you like the passionate purpose of God can. Keep dreaming, yet inquire of the Lord and his will for you.
I felt like I could have accomplished so much more, if only I had taken the time to seek God for that plan and purpose. Like it says in Proverbs 16:9 “A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.” I felt like it was such a waste. But I know that God doesn’t waste anything, and it was a part of his divine direction for my life. God uses even the leftovers just like he did when he feed the five thousand. Put your trust in God and lean into his direction to accomplish your dreams. Only he knows what you truly desire.
Then God gave me two wonderful miracles which I wanted more than anything in this world. I was always told “When you have children your life is over, and it’s about them.” I’m not denying that in a since. Sometimes it feels as though you lose apart of yourself and sacrifice it to care for those sweet babes. But you are more than just a mom. God has breathed purpose upon you. It’s hard to make time for yourself much less Dream again or try to accomplish it! But with God I’m discovering that all things are possible. It’s a journey and a dream worth taking.
Don’t Stop! Dream again! “Without a Vision My People Perish”
In my mid 30’s, in the midst of being a mom, and trying to break free from past hurts. My God is showing me how to Dream Again. He’s placed a dream, and a vision within me to reach a hopeless world through birthing this blog. God plants big things on the inside of us! God won’t start a work in you that he doesn’t give you the ability to complete. Philippians 1:6 ESV says, ” And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Let light shine in the midst of your darkest valleys.
Somewhere along the way through all the darkness I stopped dreaming. I didn’t feel that I had any dreams left. I didn’t feel I had the means, ability or time to dream. But God doesn’t consider those things not even your bank account. But through Faith, believing, and trusting God, he will bring it to pass. If you diligently seek him. I to am learning this. I trust him, and I’m excited as to where he is taking me. You need to get excited to! Because there’s more to your dreams.
I hear the words of my Pastor resounding in my ears “that without a vision my people perish. “Proverbs 29:18 It’s vital to have a dream, a purpose, a passion in life. It’s what helps to drive us and push us forward to the call of our destiny. It says in the AMP bible EPH.3:20 “Now to Him who is able to {carry out HIs purpose and} do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think {infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams}, according to His power that is at work within us. Your most passionate dream will be ignited from the greatest point of your pain. You’re not to broken to dream on. To dream again.
Trust God’s Plan
The beginning of Ecclesiastes 5:3 says For a dream comes with much business and painful effort. Dream big we are Champions. Don’t stop believing in your dream! God is more than able. He has a hope and a future for you and me. May all your dreams come true. Keep dreaming!
